About the Coffee
8 North 82 West brings together Geisha coffee from three farms: Feryen, Jurutungo and Talamancas. Grown at elevations of 1,400–1,660 metres, this lot comes from Panama's Chiriquí region.
The coffee features a mixed processing profile of washed, natural and honey-processed coffees, bringing together different expressions of the Geisha variety.
With its combination of floral and fruit-forward tasting notes, this coffee offers an inviting introduction to the aromatic character of Panama Geisha.
In the Cup
Expect delicate honeysuckle and jasmine florals, fragrant bergamot and the sweetness of ripe yellow stonefruit.
