Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Paper Wings Café! We're dedicated to delivering your orders promptly across the UK. Below are the details for our shipping options.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

Free Shipping

  • Available on all orders over £50 within the UK.

Standard Shipping — Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Cost: £4.99
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch

Express Shipping — Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Cost: £6.99
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Coffee Machines & Large Equipment

All coffee machines and large equipment are dispatched directly from our Leicester base via DPD courier, with delivery included in the product price — no additional shipping charge.

Each machine is individually inspected before dispatch. Once packed and collected by DPD, delivery is typically within 1–3 working days. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Order Processing

Accessories and milk jugs are packed and dispatched from our café in Leicester, Tuesday to Sunday. Orders placed during opening hours are processed the same or next working day, depending on order time and Post Office closing times. Orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Paper Wings Café is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@paperwingscafe.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

In-Store Collection
